Chip continuously incorporates fitness into daily life. As an HGTV host and master carpenter, Chip works on his feet and transforms strenuous daily activities into opportunities for strength training and toning. When he’s not working, Chip’s love of sports keeps him outdoors and active. He was recently awarded the honor of being named one of the “25 Fittest Men in America” by Men’s Fitness magazine in 2011.
